When creating an account, you agree to:

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of this information. Users should verify critical information through official government sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FederalnVoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FederalnVoy harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
